The Tamarillo Pickle is another traditional and organic pickles using the native Rukh Tamatar. Also in other words, it is the Tree Tomato.

It helps reduce blood sugar levels in people with Type II Diabetes there by maintaining the blood sugar level. The antioxidants help to lessen the oxidative stress in the liver. The halves Tamarillo is seasoned with salt and turmeric powder and sun dried. Then blended with a mixture of spices and red cherry pepper in mustard oil.
