Mishri Tea

Description

Commonly used as a refreshing drink during the summer. Mishri Tea comes in and has a calming effect on the mind and body and alleviates the stress. Known as Bhura sugar or Khand in other parts of the country. This is healthy substitute for the normal table sugar. 

Process involves evaporating sugarcane juice and condensing it.
