Bermiok Tea Estate is a boutique biodynamic tea garden in the Bermiok village in South Sikkim. It is the only family owned tea garden in the unique organic state of Sikkim and is managed by its second generation of tea planters. Cultivated on pure soil, Bermiok Teas are handcrafted in small batches using a combination of western and traditional tea making techniques that bring out the woody aromas of its virgin Himalayan forests with sweet undertones of its fresh water springs. Brewing guide	Use 2.5g of leaf for 180 ml of water / 1 tsp leaf per cup. Heat freshly drawn water until it begins to simmer and pour over the leaf. Steep for 3 minutes and strain the tea out into your cup. You can use these high quality whole leaves for two steeps. Strain all the water out of the leaves in between steeps. Enjoy it neat. You can also add a slice of lemon and some honey as per your preference.
