
Hog Plum or Lapsi Pickle
Hog Plum (Lapsi Amilo) Pickle is a native pickle variant, very common amongst the people of Sikkim and neighboring Darjeeling. Lapsi or Hog Plum is rich in nutrients, vitamins, and minerals and is an excellent source for Vitamin C.
The Hog Plum Pickle is made in the traditional way by par boiling the fruit, sun basked, and blended in yellow mustard, our very own five spice combination and chili flakes in mustard oil.
