Bermiok Tea Estate is a boutique biodynamic tea garden in the Bermiok village in South Sikkim. The only family owned tea garden in the unique organic state of Sikkim. Firstly, managed by the second generation of tea planters. Secondly, cultivated on pure soil without the use of fertilizers and pesticides makes it 100% Organic. Bermiok Teas are handcrafted in small batches using a combination of western and traditional tea making techniques. Bringing out the woody aromas of it’s virgin Himalayan forests with sweet undertones of it’s fresh water springs.

| Brewing guide | Use 3.0g of leaf for 180ml / 1.5 tsp per cup Heat freshly drawn water to a light simmer and pour over the dry leaves. Steep for 2.5 mins, strain the liquid into your cup and enjoy. These high quality whole leaves can be steeped 2-3 times. Keep the leaves devoid of liquid in-between steeps. Drink neat, or add a slice of lemon. |
