Preparation

• Take 2 tsp of blend in a tea strainer.
• Pour hot water into the cup
• Add 1 tsp of coconut oil to the water (we would call that healthy butter) and 1 tsp of honey
• Add the strainer to the cup and steep for 5 mins
• Remove the strainer from the cup.

Close your eyes, smell the wonderful aroma from your hot cup of Cold Buster Tea and see your cold vanish in thin air.

Tastes sweet even without the addition of honey. You may leave the strainer in for long if you are accustomed to a strong taste.
